Booking & Payment
If you would like to make a booking for wedding photography, we will ask for a deposit of £250.00 to hold a date for you. This deposit will only be refundable in the event of a complete wedding cancellation, and only then if the wedding date is more than 6 months away. Full payment for your chosen wedding photography package is due 28 days before your wedding date. Picture Our Wedding will not be in attendance at your wedding unless full payment has been received or unless an alternative agreement has been reached and signed.
Wedding Date Rearrangements
If after booking your wedding date changes for any reason - your booking with us is transferable. In the event that we cannot provide coverage on your new date, we'll be able to recommend other photographers at similar price points. We will always aim to make any rearranged date.
There is no financial penalty for changing your wedding date except under the following circumstances. i).Your rearranged date triggers a schedule change for us that may necessitate a charge for travelling or overnight stay expenses. ii).You change the venue, possibly requiring us to charge travelling or overnight stay expenses. iii).Your new wedding date is more than 2 years on from the original (5% price increase).
Special Offers
Wedding show special offers may differ from offers on this website and offers advertised elsewhere. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction.
Travelling Expenses
Travelling expenses are included in the package prices for wedding destinations that are within 100 miles of postcode DN10 (most of the North of England and the Midlands). Additional travelling expenses, and/or overnight stay expenses, will be quoted at the time of enquiry/booking for destinations further afield.
Wedding Albums
Wedding albums, at the listed prices on this website, feature up to 50 pages. Further pages can be included at additional cost. Luxury hand-made album maximum: 40 double-page spreads. Photobook album maximum: 48 double-page spreads.
Party Studio
A choice of at least 2 colours will be available for party studio backgrounds.
Specially requested colours can be ordered for £60.00.
Coverage Time Limits
We provide bespoke quotes - coverage times will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Privacy Policy
Picture Our Wedding is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Information you give us via the form on this website - or at a wedding show - will be stored securely and not shared with any other person or organisation.
If you book with us, your information will be retained. If you don’t book with us, the information you give will not be retained beyond your wedding date. If you didn’t supply a wedding date, the information may be kept for up to 3 years from your initial enquiry.
How we use your information

– To let you know of any updates to our service or special offers that we think might be of interest to you (if you have not yet booked with us).
– To follow up on all matters relating to your wedding photography if you have booked. This may include contacting you about the use of your wedding photos in our portfolio in the future.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulations introduced in May 2018. You may also request that your personal information is permanently deleted from our records. A small fee may apply in either case. Please use the form on this website to send your request.
